Jacob's Wool - Yarn and Knit Kits.

A NEW YARN. We are planning to develop a range of natural wool yarns for hand knitting over the next few seasons, to complement our own home grown Mohair yarns. These yarns will use wool from specific breeds of sheep which have certain unique properties. If possible, we will keep some of each breed on our farm here in Northumberland. The first wool yarn that we are bringing into our collection comes from the Jacob sheep, which has a fleece of Natural Ecru, Brown, and Black. By carefully selecting and mixing these individual colours, we can obtain 5 seperate natural shades which you can see below.

J01 Martina.
This classic V-Neck Jumper has raglan sleeves with ribs at the V neck, cuffs and bottom. It is a simple style, and quite suitable for both Men and Women. You can knit it in any of the 5 natural colours shown on our shade card, and in any of 6 sizes from 32 to 46 ins (82 to 117 cms).

J02 Georgia.
Comfortable V Neck cardigan that will suit either him or her. It is knitted in garter stitch, and has easy drop shoulders, two front pockets, and a button front. You can knit it in any of the 5 natural colours shown on our shade card, and in any of 6 sizes from 32 to 46 ins (82 to 117 cms).

Jacob's Wool in Knitting Balls - 5 colours
We have two basic patterns available for our Jacob's Wool at present,
and hope to add to them in the near future.
In the meantime, you can purchase any quantities that you require in 50 gm balls,
in any of the 5 natural shades available.

POST & PACKING.
As you may know, all our Knit Kit prices include Post & Packing,
so that you don't have any "hidden extras".
However, as purchased quantities of Knitting Balls can vary,
we need to add a P&P element to "yarn only" orders under £20.
We have therefore included a P&P (U.K.) cost in all the smaller quantity "Ball prices" shown on this page (approx £2.50 per item).
If you purchase more than one item (e.g. three 2 ball packs of different colours)
the prices may therefore, include more than one P&P charge.
In this case we will manually deduct any overcharge before despatching and charging your order.

P&P costs for deliveries outside the U.K will be added to your total order at the Check Out.
