THE YARN KIT supplied includes 5(5, 6, 6, 7, 7) balls of Superfine Brushed 4 Ply Mohair depending on the size required.
NEEDLES:This pattern uses No.9 (3.75mm) and No.7 (4.5mm) needles. They are not included in the yarn kit, but you can order them with your yarn kit if required from our "Knitting Balls, Cones & Needles" pages.

SIZE. The poncho measures 140 cms (54 ins) square, and approx 54 cms from the neck opening to the hem.
PRICE. If you have our Mail Order Catalogue, you will see that the price is shown as £29.50 per Knit Kit. This price was based on our original estimate of the yarn usage, before the pattern was completed, which proved to be totally wrong! The actual price is a tempting £18.50!
